What we offer:
In unique cases we are able to offer advisory and consultancy related services. We do this when our knowledge, expertise and/or multi-competent network are valuable to a third party, but we are not able, or it not deemed opportune, to partner with that party.
How we can help:
Our core consultancy and advisory activities tend to center around our key business areas: real estate and agribusiness. These are broad categories, and our expertise is usually highly concentrated at specific niches within these segments.
Naturally our expertise and that of our network may extend into other related areas, such as, but not limited to, introductions and referrals or financial (sourcing and restructuring) and para-legal related activities, underpinned by the relevant experts and professionals.
We are driven by results. We do not push paper. We only engage in advisory and consultancy related activities if we feel that we are able to add tangible, high-impact results.
We are able to engage on both a long term and ongoing basis, or on a short term ad-hoc basis. We operate on the ground and at distance. We provide our services across multiple jurisdiction with a particular focus on Western Europe and Sub Saharan Africa.
Who we Serve:
We have and continue to provide our services to both public and private organisations. These include national and local government, NGOs, charities, foundations and private individuals alike. Some parties we work with/have worked with are:
- GuidePoint
- L.E.K. Consulting
- the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO)
- SNV Netherlands Development Organisation
- The World Bank Group
- A multitude of private clients, specifically HNWIs and UHNWIs.
Track record and assessing the value of our advice:
We maintain a references list of parties that we have worked with in the past. This list contains a summary of the assignment together with various metrics quantifying the value of the advice. These metrics include financial value, but can also contain environmental or emotional value. We are happy to share our reference list* upon request with relevant parties. After all it is our clients that speak for our results.
Case Studies
Farmer from Rwanda approached us for Stevia (the all natural, zero-zero-callory sweetener) related expertise/technical assistance (TA). Together with the Rwanda Development Board and the National Export Board of Rwanda we raised a 6 figure sum to launch their venture.
A group of real-estate entrepreneurs approached us with an innovative mezzanine based financing model. Together we raised over 250m EUR and fostered a partnership with a Benelux based MMC builder to realise the development.
